The largest city in Naimis and one of the few cities that actually covers all layers of the flattened mountains. It’s a safe distance from the volcano, so people have started congregating here despite its poor access to the sea and how difficult it is to grow anything. They’ve tried to counter the dry land with numerous artificial lakes and fountains. The cliff sides even have well maintained flowers and other plants hanging from the side of some of the higher layers making it one of the most beautiful cities in Naimis.
