"We are currently standing in Downtown, on Nanjing Road and watching as numerous firefighters rush to pull out the families that--" With an additional explosion, the woman flinched with a shriek as she was cut off. She struggled to hold onto the microphone in her hand as she turned to examine the burning cars surrounding the famous Park Hotel of Shanghai. "It-it seems as if there was yet another explosion near the hotel! However, once again it caused no harm to the building or the people itself! Because of the flames, the firefighters are having a difficult time transporting the guests and--" Again, the news reporter was cut off by another powerful blast. This time, it was none of the cars. It was in the corner of the hotel. With shocked expressions, people panicked by the way the building slightly leaned. Assuming it was about to fall, most citizens started running around, trying to escape their demise.
While the disastrous event went on, firefighters, ambulance cars and news reporters covered the surface while helicopters surrounded the building through the sky. The media was reporting, people were watching, the entire region was distracted by this incident. One of the most famed hotels, containing about 200 rooms, was slowly being destroyed while plentiful of families and tourists were running around, hysterically searching for an exit. Even the firefighters had a tough time of attempting to group up the guests and prevent one from running into a burning truck or an exploding car. It was one of the biggest incidents to occur, worthwhile recording and sharing over the media. It was inevitable that the region would eventually find out, let alone the mayor of the city... and let's be honest, what better time to take over the mayor's office than now?
Rira stared at the variously sized poles standing across the entrance of the Municipal Government Mansion of Shanghai. They all carried flags, high up in the sky. Flags of communism. The building itself was quite minimalistic, simple but alluring. At least to Rira. The power that reigned inside those walls was enough to intrigue her. In fact, she couldn't truly see anything in the appearance of the building. She didn't like it nor did she mind it. The woman simply found it fascinating, captivating almost for the authority it held within.
Switching the tabs of the laptop in her lap, she returned to the google navigator.
"Turn left here." She uttered the command in Mandarin, her voice stoic yet compelling. The driver nodded, stirring the vehicle in the intended direction before she switched tabs once again, this time to the live stream of the same news reporter. The trip was supposed to take approximately 20 minutes or so, yet Rira felt it was wasting an eternity of her time. The C4's that she earlier had men set were quickly detonating, attracting attention and potentially occupying the mayor that was only a small distance away. She had hoped to reach the office in the meanwhile and perhaps convince the man of handing over his presidency. Of course, if he would oppose, Rira would practically force him out of his position. Her dreams were finally being achieved, her chess piece was nearing its goal more and more. And now that she finally had the opportunity, there was no way she would let it go to waste. Not in a million years. This was her ticket to the first step. It was time to put all that hard-earned money to use. Other than the C4's, transportation and hacking she had spent expenses on, she had convinced each and every member of her company to aid her in this trip of "altering the mayor's political views". Fact is that many despised the communists and the employees at the office were one of them. Naturally, she had exploited this side of them to gain supporters. Either way, her focus was set entirely in getting there as quick as possible, the black SUV appearing far slower than she had expected it to be.

INCURSION: Force the mayor of Shanghai to hand over his role as a mayor all while creating a distraction in the same district. And then dictate over Shanghai of course
