Karma hadn't exactly expected the entire battlefield to be distracted by his lava play nor had he expected the crazy lady to run and throw herself at him, thus his body was utterly defenseless to any physical contact. It was once she had barked up behind him that his focus on the lava had diverted and he had found himself in a strange position with the girl, and as much as he wasn't going to try and fight against her, she was posing a big obstacle to his focus on the lava around him. He had yet to master this ability of controlling a wide area of heat by just standing above it so it was less easy than strengthening his skin and start punching. Which was perhaps convenient enough at this moment. With this much lava, even an animal like her would lose her grasp on him.
Karma's arms lowered from their prior position to waving before he gripped her wrists tightly. Once the lava in front of him launched itself towards them, he quickly forced her hands open before letting the force of the lava strike her and push her off of him. Of course, this was a mage he was dealing with and he wasn't gonna let her get away with touching him like that. Once she was pulled off of him enough, for good measure, he spun around and kicked her in the midriff. Hopefully, this would get her away from him far and good and let him bounce all the way to the other side of the street. With a disinterested stare, he started,
"You know, throwing yourself at a guy like that won't make him like you, peasant. How many times do you need to hear it to get it inside your head?" This was the second least graceful woman he had encountered. Hell, he didn't know if Diana even came to this level of disgrace but he wouldn't be surprised if she did. Female mages were crazy. His arms were crossed, and once again, he forced a smirk turning to glance at Shadow.
"Contain your animals, boy. Maybe share a little of that great wisdom you possess so I won't have to pity them too, though I still pity you even with all that smart dialogue you keep throwing at me. Speaking of threats, how about you actually fuck off into your shadows and give me a second to ponder if you're actually capable of hurting me? From the looks of it, you're all bark and no bite, so try somebody else." And with that, Karma turned to walk away, a small thought of annoyance fixated to his mind.
