Diana was still injured from a recent mage fight. Her foot had healed well enough that she could walk as long as she stuffed some extra support in her shoe to make up for the mostly missing foot, and most of her left arm was still gone. Her body had started regenerating the lost limbs, but they still had a long way to go. The more minor injuries, in comparison at least, had mostly healed so she wasn't in constant pain anymore and didn't have to worry about anything falling out of the gash in her stomach anymore.
Unfortunately, healing her missing limbs still made her hungry all the time. Rarely a minute went by where she wasn't wanting to eat something and she hadn't eaten anything in over an hour.
The buffet in the cafeteria was a pretty good place to go to in order to fix this problem. Her expression was flat, her stomach was growling, and a large part of her just wanted to fall asleep right there. In addition to making her hungry, healing from stuff like this also tended to make her extremely tired, which in turn, made her lazy. Diana knew she could go to the buffet, but it was way on the other side of the room, and she didn't want to walk that far.
Fortunately, someone grabbed a pretty good helping of something that looked good to her, so rather than going to the buffet herself, she just walked over to the eating student, grabbed their plate, and started walking off with it. She only had one hand, so the only way for her to nibble on the food while she walked was for her to shove the plate in her face and grab something with her teeth, but she was okay with that. Diana wasted no time in eating some of the more easily accessible pieces of food on the plate while she looked for a place to sit herself.
