Negotiating [INCURSION]

Antoine had found himself stuck in a sequence of intimidating and threatening as of lately. There had been quite a few men entering his casino, attempting something of a fraud and failing horribly once caught by his bouncers, and while you'd think making a scene out of it would give off a sufficient warning to anyone planning the same, it seemed to bring the opposite result; people trying harder. There was this one particular guy who stood out appearance-wise, who was perhaps the worst of them all at both cheating as well as hiding it. Antoine had decided to threaten him; either he pays him a large sum or the police were getting involved. Well, the guy had a different idea. He had told Antoine about a city, far from here and only reachable by a portal. This city, who had apparently a large number of obscurities and researchable environments, was the perfect opportunity for a new business. In fact, he had confidently stated over and over that it was untouched. "Go see for yourself!" He had told Antoine. And so he did.
However, untouched was far from what this was. The city was very large, hard to miss and weird would fall perfectly into category, except, it was ruined. Demolished to the point where Antoine could hardly walk a street without seeing workers and construction. Antoine had no idea what had happened to this City but it was far from unscathed. Was this the point in time where the man would grumpily make his way back, strangle the guy and empty his pockets? Maybe so, but he’ll leave that for another day. Today, he would make the best of his stay, have a little talk with the workers and write down a plan. He calmly walked up to a group, a nicely polished suitcase in one of his hands and an old but long shotgun in the other.
“Excuse me. You don’t happen to know where your boss is? Supervisor? Anyone in charge...” His voice was low and slow, almost in a sleepy way. The cigarettes had done their part in roughening his vocal chords and even with an attempt of a smile, Antoine’s eyes were far from joyful. If not intimidating, the man just looked plain tired. The men stared back at him in confusion, unsure what to do before one of them finally responded.
“Uh... is there something you need?” Antoine glanced towards the unfinished buildings.
“I’m here to negotiate.” He uttered, a hint of impatience pulling at the back of his mind. "You bringing him to me or what?"
"Well... uh..." The same guy fumbled eyeing his colleagues. He had managed to say so much before Antoine's double barrel had emitted a loud blast followed by the man's face blasting off into different bits and pieces leaving his body headless. It took a minute before the other two realized what had just happened and other than flinching to the sound of the shotgun firing off, they could do so much. Their eyes dreadfully glanced towards the now dead body of a man stumbling back on their feet. Antoine raised the shotgun to rest it against his shoulder.
"That change your mind?"
