Name: Walby "Wally" Oliveira
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Group: Tyrants
Homeworld: The Information Age: 2018 CE
Occupation: Unemployed
Face Claim: Inazuma Eleven - Dylan Keith
Appearance: Wally cannot be considered tough looking, at all. Standing at only 5'4, and weighing maybe 120 pounds, give or take a few, while soaking wet, Wally is easily described as small. He doesn't really look like life's been too hard on him, with his skin being free of any scars or really anything noticeably different. Really, the only thing that can catch anybody's attention is the notable tan lines he has, with his face, hands and, of all things, feet being darker than the rest of his skin. Even his roundish face makes him non-threatening, much to his anger.
Wally's hair is thicker and curlier than he himself prefers and thus, nearly always has a part of it pulled back into a ponytail, to try and hide it seemingly. Still, he doesn't really do a good job hiding his hair when the rest of his clothes can be dark and dull all the way to bright and obnoxious This can range all the way from a reasonable black tank top to a nearly rainbow sweater, which he tends to wear more often if it gets reactions. Honestly, he doesn't appear to have any type of fashion sense but thinks bright clothes are somehow better than anything else, though, he does wear nearly anything and does dislike clothes for winter, sticking to whatever can breath.
His glasses don't look like the type that actually fixes your sight, just looking like a small fashion accessory. At times, the glass even looks shaded, pretty much confirming the glasses are just for show.
Talents: Theft: Call this a talent or not, Wally is very good at it anyway. In what appears to be pure experience in never getting caught in the first place, Wally has a way of getting what he wants off of someone or someplace without too much trouble.
Guns: Wally's a crackshot surprisingly, he can hit targets pretty well, getting a bullseye, or close to one, far more often than what should be normal.
Cooking: Wally is not used to eating out or getting food, he'll, he seems pretty sick of foods like fast food or anything that isn't fresh. He managed to fix this problem by teaching himself how to cook, with a small bit of help from his father. He'll never master the skill of cooking, but he can make quite the half decent meal if it mostly consists of boiling, frying or just putting something over a fire.
Electronics: Less of a talent and more of an obsession, Wally loves any type of electronic he can get his hands on, obviously including his phone. Thanks to this, he actually is better at figuring out electronics than the majority, due to being with one nearly 24/7.
Personality: Wally has a view that bad things happen and you just have to get back at it. It's pretty pessimistic, but it the only way he thinks. Though, instead of just going with the flow like you'd expect from this way of thinking, Wally is very stuck in his ways and stubborn, refusing to let anything going wrong around him keep him from doing what he wants. And doing what he wants is usually all he does 24/7. This does mean he'll be selfish and further whatever goals he got before anybody else's, unless somebody has similar goals to his. Then he will assist no matter what, though, just like when he is pushing his own goals alone, he'd have to be dragged away from a losing situation kicking and complaining all the way. Wally doesn't fear many situations, since he have seen many, good or bad. In fact, he'd be more likely to be exhilarated by new situations by this point in time, unless it hits just a little too close to home for him. His goals can range from shockingly materialistic, to almost completely meant to help those he decided need his help, it honestly depends on what's going on around him, and how he is feeling, being very emotional.
His goals can't exactly be called completely selfish all the time, even if they are mostly started because of impulse. Wally feels with people that lost a lot like him, especially if it wasn't their fault. Heck, he'll always be pretty sympathetic to them. Unfortunately, this sympathy almost never extends past those who fell on hard times. Most of the time, his goals will only elevate himself, and those he thinks are similar in some way to himself. Still, he'll be normal to most, talking, listening, the usual. It just seems like he will take more note of, and remember, conversations or interactions with someone who didn't get an easy life. Despite having a lot of money before, and enjoying it, Wally doesn't the best view of the rich. He tends to focus on the situation currently happening, even if things become a hypocrite's point of view fast.
Wally does not seem to be that concerned with morals or ethics, for himself or others. He would never nag or damn someone because of how actions go into morality, more like if the action doesn't further goals. Though, Wally's morality goes completely backwards at times, he seems to think getting what you want is genuinely good, not to mention getting back at someone.
History: Wally would his own life as a small up, a huge up, and then an irreversible down. He doesn't remember Portugal where he was born, but he really couldn't care less, with the only real important parts of his life happening in New York, where his mother and father decided to move, to pursue some sort of dream. And that meant literally any type of dream. Wally can easily remember his parents coming home in all sorts of uniforms, angry, sad, happy, at least until a new job would pop up. He couldn't bring himself to care at some point, deciding to just have a bit of fun with life, especially since his family was so focused in somehow, impossibly, rising up in the world, somehow get out of the tiny apartment they were all stuck in. This fun of his mostly included getting whatever his family definitely couldn't afford, like a phone someone stupidly left out of the open and apparently wasn't the type that could be tracked, or just wandering the city while his family was gone for a day or two. Maybe that's not how a kid should have been spending their time, and he did try to be normal, going to school at all days, going to other kids apartments, those sort of things. But, he had to admit, he didn't exactly like seeing people doing better than him, and that stopped quickly.
At least until his status skyrocketed overnight. Wally still isn't exactly sure what changed things, but he has some ideas nowadays. From what he could infer, his father managed to trick, that's the only way Wally can describe it, trick his newest boss to let him take over part of a business. Maybe there were threats involved, maybe some legal issues, his family was desperate to achieve their dreams after all. But he didn't need to know how they managed to get all the money, he just had to enjoy it. And he did, getting a new phone legally, and many other electronics, traveling with his mother and father, nice things, admittedly, now that his family could pay a bit more attention to him, even if that meant he had to go to school, or do chores like he was supposed to.
So of course things had to end when he became a teenager, because all good things come to an end. Whatever Wally's father did to get power over the business, likely threats or payment like Wally can now suspect, others didn't exactly like it, especially since his father generously could be called an alright head of a company. After all, he was enjoying his new amounts of money like Wally was. Well, even then, Wally could blame him. Because thanks to whatever he did, things went downhill fast. Both his parents lost their jobs. Then they couldn't find another. Then the apartment was lost. His mother ran to conserve her own money. Really, things went to hell faster than Wally thought was possible. So the sickness was almost a relief.
Wally doesn't remember anything from when he was delirious, but he had to admit that he was glad his father was still around when he woke up. Even if he did look shocked out of his mind. But hey, that could have just been because they were stuck in a shelter and it finally hit him. But even then, life threatened not to change, even as Wally realized he could create, trick the eyes, do genuine magic. He was still stuck in the lowest point, never to get out, one parent gone, and the other no use. But a portal to the Academy easily changed that. And Wally literally never looked back, because why should he? He was glad to be out of that city, that situation, even if he can't help but feel just the smallest bit guilty of what he left behind.
Magic Overview: Wally creates items, or makes them disappear as part of his magic. Well, not only items, he have been seen creating animals, or even people as part of his magic, none of which give any indication of being fakes created by Wally, making noise and being able to be touched and such. Honestly, his magic appears to be able to affect everywhere he himself can see, with his creations appearing as close or as far as his eyesight can go. All the things he can create are real, but sometimes, a little too real for reasons unknown. All that means is some creations resemble people or things that Wally could not have known about.
Unusually, people seem to see things that others can't at times, these times being known to involve "situations" instead of items and such.
Tools: Wally carries a gun with him at all times, a small gun, yes, but a gun nevertheless. It's a revolver that is always loaded in all six chambers, in fact, it seems to be armed even when it absolutely shouldn't. Other than that, Wally does have a small, dull knife with him as well, but he barely uses it, only having it in case of emergencies.
Wally has a phone at him at all times too, though, it isn't much, an old touchscreen and that's it. Still it's something to throw or call someone in a pinch.
