"Look, all I'm saying is we don't have to live with this, you know?" Wally have managed to find his way to one of the many alleyways the homeless or just hiding, unlucky people stuck in. Call it a bit of experience, but he found he was quite good at figuring out which alleys were popular places to sit or rest in, not too dirty, only just enough people passed by, things like that. Now, he was trying to get the attention of all the people in front of him, thankfully, he have already picked up a few riled up people, already pissed off about their state of living. They were mostly echoing whatever Wally led with, and that was great, meant they agreed with him.
That was good, but the rest in the alley still looked rather skeptical. Some haven't even stood up yet. So he just had to do something new, just show those guys what they lost thanks to those higher up. He pointed to himself, purposely dragging up any bad memories of times similar to these. And it worked, he was literally shaking with anger, plus, his voice gee louder. "I ended up like this because of one mistake, one that wasn't even mine!" One man stood up, his fists clenched. Nice. He searched through a few of the wary one's current thoughts, it all was a bit of a whirlwind but did he hit one hell of a jackpot. "I know quite a few of you have kids, it can't feel right that yours, sent away to someone else, have to have a harder life because someone above decided we don't get an easy life!" Several, men and women stood up, one driving a fist into the ground. Maybe because Wally briefly showed her an image of her kids, her mind was very clearly on them.
Well, he had maybe thirty people like him around him, all angry, all ready for a fight, no matter how weak or tired some looked. This was alright, now, he just needed to get them all moving. After all, the governor building were only several streets away, he did seach for this alley for a reason after all.
He directed them out of the alleyway, towards the direction of the governor. "Let me tell you all something, nobody going to help us, especially those with power. So what about we take that power? They aren't doing anything with that power but we will, once we force them out of power." Honestly, Wally didn't have to say anything else, once he directed them to the thing he was always angry at while he was here, those with power over the city, they directed all their anger there too. Then they were all rushing through the sidewalks and street, Wally tailing all of them. And creating the illusion there were far more people than there actually were, hey, he didn't need these people actually shot, he wanted them to be able to overthrow this place, just like he have hoped to do while he was here. So, call it a riot, but he was going to make this riot into a true rebellion, it didn't matter no one, including himself would know the governent position, how to lead, or anything. They would all learn, and if a few laws wasn't to their liking, they could just get rid of it, see how those who will fall from grace will take their own medicine!
Incursion: Provide a successful rebellion against the government of New York, and place those in the riot in powerful positions!
