Jennifer blinked when someone, assumably a mage, thanked her for earlier. She just stared confused trying to think of something to say here given she had no idea what this lady was talking about, but knew that it was entirely possible that something did indeed happen. It was a little strange because a lot of the time she did remember really big events. They wouldn't be specific memories like most people had, just a vague memory that something happened; she could sometimes remember the gist of it. This event seemed really big and like something she might remember a little, but it felt like this was the first time she'd seen anything like this. But she had no reason do doubt the lady talking to her, or the guy that decided to come up and explain too.
"Eh? Eh? Eh?" she turned her head to look at each of them with each word. "I was here? Th-Then what happened? If there's so many people here how did the city get like this? Did someone accidentally blow up a city again?" Then the entity started teleporting again. "Wait! Where's it going? What's going ooooooon?"
Before she could make any more sense of the situation some extra shiny lights came out of the thing and started spinning. Looking at the entity was already hard, but this made it basically impossible. Jennifer didn't react quite fast enough, looking right into it as she kept looking back and forth between the two people talking to her. She slammed her eyes shut and started rubbing them with her real hands.
"Ow! Ow! Ow!"
Opening them hurt, so she just kept them shut and spawned more eyes in various places to help her see instead. Unfortunately, the lights blinded most of them as well, if they weren't outright destroyed by the attack, so she had to find hidden shady areas to spawn eyes if she wanted to see at all. It made it a bit hard to fight effectively, but she was sure that she could absorb a lot of damage just by spamming. And if nothing else, she wanted to try to spawn a few arms on the entity's faces to try to literally slap them around a little. Anything to be extra distracting.
